For this session roll out your mat, pull up a chair (if that's better for you), and grab a cushion.
We'll be using simple yoga asana (postures) & breath work to help open, anchor & calm the body-mind. We'll close with the beautiful & powerful practice of "kavach", creating a protective shield with the use of visualization & mantra.
Previous experience in Yoga not required.
