A 3-hour workshop to empower women to set clear boundaries, restore balance in their relations, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

Within the safety and confidence of balanced boundaries, we open the door to deeper relationships, authenticity, and lasting wellbeing. This experiential workshop offers women a supportive space to reflect, learn, and grow — together.

Drawing upon: Integral Yoga, Somatic Experiencing®, Eastern Wisdom & Western Psychology

Who Is This For?

This workshop is open to all women seeking more clarity, confidence, and calm in their personal and professional lives. Whether you're navigating change, burnout, or simply want to deepen your self-awareness — this space is for you.
Welcoming women 18 y and older.
No previous experience in yoga or somatic work required. Come as you are!

Where: Belfast Dance Studio, 109 High Street, Belfast, Maine 04915
Date: Saturday, May 17th 2025
Time: 1pm-4pm (30min break in between)
Cost: $60
REGISTRATION OPEN UNTIL: May 12th

What to bring:

  • comfy clothes to move in

  • notebook, pen/pencil (optional)

  • water bottle & a mid day snack (optional!)

  • You! just as you are

  • yoga mats, cushions, chairs & blankets are provided. if you prefer to use your own, you’re welcome to bring them.

Led By:

Yogatara and Lisa LaDue are friends and colleagues who have backgrounds in clinical therapy, spiritual care, trauma healing, and international humanitarian work. They bridge insights from Eastern wisdom traditions with Western psychology for a holistic and grounded experience (with a splash of healthy humour!). To learn more about them, go here.
