However “IT” has shown up, IT is part of your life’s path. And, I believe, a call from- and to- your Wisdom.

No matter the “messiness” that you might feel in certain areas of your life, or how “bad” things may be, the answers for correcting course and finding your footing lie as much within you as they do outside.

Our pain and challenges are often symptoms wounds we have not yet been able to tend to. But from our wounds comes our wisdom—a more intimate understanding of ourselves, a fuller acceptance of who we are, a more embodied sense of self in the wider world.

Throughout this Intensive, with guidance & support, you learn to create a connection with your deeper Knowing—your inner compass—in order to:

  • identify: your unique ways of Knowing

  • integrate: past experiences or wounding ready to be “digested” into your Knowing

  • move forward: consciously & confidently live in- and with- your Wisdom

WHY an intensive?
In all the years of my personal healing journey & professional work, I have found that some of the greatest breakthroughs, healing & positive new beginnings have happened when I have been focused, supported and held accountable for a given period of time.

It’s relatively easy to have one or two counselling sessions or yoga classes…. and then fall back into old habits, forget to check in, lose the discipline of a practice & get distracted away from our inner work. 

When we make a commitment to show up regularly and when we’re held accountable, the shifts not only happen but they become anchored into a new way of being.

Meet me

My name is YogaTara and I am passionate about helping people access their innate wisdom, capacity to heal & ability be at ease with themselves & in love with their life.

I do this by drawing upon the practices & approaches of classical Yogic Science, spiritual psychology, creative expression & Somatic Experiencing.


Healing, transformation, creative expression and living Yoga are my guiding forces. I have been--and still am-- on a lifelong journey of healing and spiritual growth. This journey has led me on paths I could never have imagined, including living more than 25 years in Nepal and doing my best to live Yoga & sannyasa.

I spend my time as a Yoga practitioner/student, Yoga therapist, holistic counsellor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, supporting people on their path to wholeness, health, joy & fulfilment.

I’m thrilled that you’re here & look forward to accompanying you on part of your journey.

6 private 90 min sessions + recordings + resources :

  • One time payment of $1375.

  • Pay in two instalments of $750 for a total of $1500.
    Please write to make arrangements.

  • Once payment is made you’ll be given a link to book your sessions.

Terms

  • All 6 sessions must be completed within 8 weeks of beginning.

  • 24 hr rescheduling notice : if you need to change your meeting time, please do so within 24 hrs, otherwise you will lose that session (it is to be paid in full).

  • Refunds: If after 2 sessions you wish to cancel the package, you will be refunded the total minus $380 and transaction fees. Refunds are not available thereafter.

  • Sessions not completed within the 8 weeks are non-transferable to another time.
