Yoga For Trauma: Supporting Survivors of War

Learn simple yogic practices & insights to help refugees of war begin to reclaim and rebuild their lives from within.

In this free online 2 hr workshop our colleagues Mantramala and Zena, from Tools for Inner Peace, share practical insights and simple yogic tools that can support people who have survived the trauma of war and are living with its many consequences.

Learn from Mantramala and Zena’s real life experience in bringing yoga to war affected people in Sierra Leone, Lebanon, Syria and Ukraine, and experience first hand the gentle practices that can help restore the body, mind, heart and sense of “home” after trauma.

This workshop includes information & practices, so come ready to listen, take notes, ask questions, move, breathe & open your mind & heart.

Whether you’re a trained yoga instructor working with trauma affected people or someone who wants to support refugees with simple yogic practices, you are welcome to join.
