Spring Yoga Retreat

Spring is here!

After the cold and hibernation of winter it’s time to step out of our bundle of blankets and embrace Spring’s invitation to declutter, move, connect & create.

For many of us, and much of the world, life has been on hold for the past 2+ years. It seems fitting that the pandemic restrictions begin to lift with Spring’s arrival. Both invite us out of hibernation, isolation and separation.

If you’re ready to poke your nose out of your cocoon and move, breathe, connect & create, then join us for this weekend retreat in the beautiful setting of Namo Buddha Resort. Over two days we’ll explore the principles and practices of integral Yoga—both on and off the mat.

Meet your body, breath and mind in new ways through Yoga’s practices of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and focusing techniques.  Let your hair down, drop the critical voice and reconnect with your intuitive, creative knowing in the guided sessions of creative expression (guided free movement, free writing and drawing).

Whether you are new to the world of Yoga or a seasoned practitioner you’ll find a welcoming space in which to move, breathe, rest, dance & doodle your way to renewed energy & inspiration.

No previous experience in Yoga or creative expression required.

Level: all welcome
Style of Yoga: Integral (inspired by the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga)
