This practice of yoga is the invocation of peace, wellness & health through the continuous repetition of mantra, or sound vibration. Havan, or vedic fire ceremony, amplifies the effects of the mantra, and purifies the mind and the environment. This havan is dedicated to Mahamrityunjaya —the healing aspect of Shiva.
