The winter months are upon us. Cooler temperatures and shorter days have us going into hibernation, both physically and psychologically.
During this weekend retreat at Namo Buddha Resort we explore holistic tools that stoke our inner fire. Sun Salutation, dynamic pranayama, and simple dietary tricks can keep the body warm, motivated and strong in the cold months. Mantra, meditation and positive habits can keep the light “on” in our minds and hearts in the darker days.
This weekend we explore time on the mat, time on the cushion, time in the organic gardens and time for ourselves.
This weekend retreat includes:
- daily asana & pranayama practice
- daily meditation
- discussion time & creating a winter-suitable practice
- delicious vegetarian meals
- personal time for reflection, rest, walks etc…
- short, easy hike (2hrs) on the way back to KTM (optional)
- good company!
